RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Your time will be split evenly between corporate M&A and private equity
- Deal valuation and execution
- Post acquisition asset management
- Financial modelling and due diligence
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong academic background
- Experience within the M&A advisory department of an investment bank or consultancy firm with a focus on financial institutions
- Additional European language is additive if not essential
- Demonstrable interest in financial institutions and insurance
