Our client is a prestigious private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Principal to join their growing team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct private equity infrastructure co-investments, with a global remit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Evaluates the performance of existing investments and seeks to improve value through the consideration of strategic initiatives
- Establishes and maintains relationships with GPs, advisors and industry contacts
YOUR PROFILE:
- This opportunity would be suitable for an investor at a leading investment bank or private equity firm
- You should have a demonstrable track record of executing M&A transactions
- You should have a degree and / or MBA from a top-tier university
