Our client is a fast growing entrepreneurial Venture Capital Fund focused on consumer investments in China. Following their successful RMB fundraising they are keen to bring on board an experienced Investor Relations professional to help with their USD fundraising efforts. This role is based in their Shanghai office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take full responsibility on raising their USD fund
- Complete project management and execution of the fundraising strategy
- Involvement in networking with institutional investors and business development responsibilites
- Assisting investors with ad hoc requests and queries
YOUR PROFILE:
- Prior experience within private markets investor relations, project management/fundraising from within an investment firm or placement agent.
- Strong networking skills and senior stakeholder management experience
- You must be fluent in Mandarin and understand the Chinese business landscape
- Knowledge and interest in Venture Capital or consumer focused investments is mandatory
