Our client is a growing private equity secondaries firm with a strong team and excellent returns on current investments. They have over $1 billion AUM and are currently raising their latest fund. They are looking for an Investment Analyst to help manage due diligence and investment execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be involved in all aspects of the acquisition process of private equity funds
- Support the investment team in organising and preparing for calls and meetings with private equity managers and intermediaries
- Work with the deal team to source, execute, and complete due diligence on transactions
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience in M&A, transaction services, corporate finance or valuations is required
- Strong financial modelling skills
- A second language or international work experience is not required but seen as an advantage
- Excellent academics from a leading university
- An understanding of secondary investing, although experience of working on secondary transactions is not essential
