About our client

We are working with one of the UK's major investors across a broad range of strategies in the alternative investment space including private equity and infrastructure.
What the job involves

In this role, your main focus will be on the Infrastructure side of the business, with responsibilities including preparation of DDQs/RFPs, assisting with the gathering of fund and portfolio company data, and producing ad-hoc investor presentations and data requests amongst others. 

  • Support the investor relations function for the growing list of institutional funds
  • Prepare materials to support fundraising and due diligence processes (completing tenders, DDQs, RFPs)
  • Fund collateral support (AGM/investor presentations, deal announcements, press releases)
  • Update and maintain consultancy databases such as Mercer and Prequin
  • Thorough knowledge of and compliance with the fund's procedures and standards

Who we are looking for

  • Strong academic record with experience in valuations, transaction services, corporate finance or another analytical team is preferred. Background in investment banking can also be considered
  • Numerate with excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills 
  • Passionate about high quality communications, in particular writing for institutional/retail investor audiences
  • Proactive approach and a strong work ethics
  • Proven excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential, fluency in other European languages such as Italian or Spanish is desirable
  • Knowledge or interest in infrastructure/renewables/ESG is highly beneficial
