Our client is an established, global, mid-market Private Equity firm which is looking to expand its investment team in Stockholm. They are looking for an Associate to focus on screening and executing new deals across Scandinavia. You will also get the chance to work with professionals from across their other European offices. They have excellent access to capital, a great track record and strong dealflow. The current team locally is small, so this presents a great opportunity for new entrants into the PE market to get a high level of exposure to the entire PE deal process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You be involved in all aspects of the investment process, from evaluation and execution through to post-acquisition portfolio management
- You will have particular responsibilities for running financial modelling and due diligence processes
YOUR PROFILE:
- You will have Analyst/Junior Associate level experience from one or more of the following: M&A advisory, strategy consulting, transaction services, private equity
- You must be able to speak fluent Swedish and be willing to be based in Stockholm full time
