We are working with a European based growth investment platform with a global reach focused on Financials and FinTech with a unique Asset building approach to investments. As an integral part of a growing and entrepreneurial team you will provide analysis around sourcing & originating investment opportunities and executing transactions within the fintech/financial services sectors. You will have full exposure to end to end deal processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile industry research and market analysis and proactively identify potential opportunities
- Provide insight and analysis into prospective opportunities and help determine viability
- Develop financial models, validate assumptions and help provide investment rationales
- You will be involved in the due diligence process including resolving outstanding items and queries
- You will drive deals through to completion by leading transaction execution end-to-end
- You will develop existing talent within the team
YOUR PROFILE:
- Possess an end to end understanding of sourcing, originating and executing transactions
- Have already gained investment experience within the fintech and finance sectors from either a private equity or investment bank
- Display an entrepreneurial spirit with drive and ambition to be an integral part of growing the business
