Our client is a prestigious sovereign wealth fund based in Abu Dhabi, with an outstanding track record in private equity transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct private equity investments in Europe, across a wide range of sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
Developing and analysing financial models as well as assisting with due diligence

YOUR PROFILE:

Experience of working in the leveraged finance, M&A or investment banking teams of a top-tier investment bank
Native or fluent in a European language in addition to English is desirable but not a necessity
Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
