Our client, a leading mid-market private equity fund with a focus on the pan-European mid-market, is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join their Investor Relations team. They have raised three successful funds to date and are in the early stages of raising their fourth and largest fund making this an exciting time to join their growing team. They offer both private equity and private credit strategies to existing and prospective blue-chip investors, so you will be responsible for servicing a wide range of investors on a global scale. This is an exciting multifaceted role and an opportunity to be part of a successful fund with numerous prospects for growth within investor relations. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Play a key role in supporting fundraising efforts for both current and future fundraises
• Creation of strategic marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and ad hoc investor communications
• Respond to investor queries in a timely manner 
• Carrying out market research and due diligence
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of each fundraise

YOUR PROFILE: 

• Educated to degree level with experience from an investment bank, placement agent, strategy consultant, lead advisor or Fund of Funds
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
• Strong financial acumen, project management skills and attention to detail 
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills 
• Fluency in a European language would be considered a plus
