Our client - a leading technology investment fund with a fantastic track record - is looking to hire a Head of Fund Operations to join their London team. The firm is currently planning a third fund raise and have a number of international transactions lined up for the coming year - making it a very exciting time to join. As the Head of Fund Operations you will immediately be afforded plenty of responsibility. On a daily basis you will be working alongside the fund's CFO whilst taking charge of all aspects of the fund and company operations. You will regularly be liaising with external senior stakeholders along with managing all third party suppliers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience within fund operations to work in a fast paced, growing venture capital fund.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Investment support - Interface with investment professionals regarding investments in the underlying portfolio companies at any stage during the investment life cycle
- Investor relations - Support the investor relations team with the preparation and distribution of investor communications (KYC / AML, documentation, drawdown and distribution)
- Fund Administration - Administration of corporate bodies for all entities involved (UK / non UK) and company secretarial matters
- Financial reporting - Maintain all the accounting records for the fund entities, generate and distribute all call and distribution notices and manage the annual audit process.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Knowledge and experience in the private equity industry is essential
- Fund administration experience is preferred
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and flexibility
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point
