Our client is an exciting destination developer backed by an international development holding and entrepreneurial investor. The company that creates fully integrated leisure destinations is now looking to hire a Strategy & Operations Associate to support this growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and driving key strategy projects associated with the analysis and growth development of the destination. This position plays a central role in supporting senior management and will be given significant responsibility and exposure from the beginning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Senior Management Leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans
- Rolling out best-in-class management practices, maximising portfolio synergies and bringing efficiency & rigour to reporting and interactions
- Continuously strive to improve management processes and culture
- Liaise with the Investors and external stakeholders at all levels
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit to the organisation
- Working directly with the CEO to support the Project Management Office:
- Run specific tasks as part of a broader growth strategy
- Support senior management with materials & analysis, idea generation and execution
- A broad range of tasks and responsibilities with key deliverables, including monitoring and reporting on project progression
- Take initiative and ownership of projects
YOUR PROFILE:
- Professional work experience, ideally from a strategy consultancy firm
- Demonstrated analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), creative problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and communicate complex topics to a wide array of stakeholders with differing levels of industry knowledge
- Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Fluent German and English; based in Andermatt but willing to travel
