It has significant capital to deploy. As an Investment Director, you will lead transactions across the Midlands and develop the brand in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focusing on SME buy-outs and later-stage investments using your network to bring in opportunities
- Principal responsibility for deal generation, execution and some portfolio management
- Take an active part in outlining and implementing the fund’s future strategy
YOUR PROFILE:
- A background in one of the following; (1) A UK focused Private Equity / Growth Capital investor. (2) A principal / risk environment such as a direct lending fund or clearing bank. (3) A UK focussed corporate financier
- Demonstrable experience of originating and executing buy-outs and late-stage growth investments in UK-based SME’s would be a plus
- Passion for small buy-out or SME investing
- Strong advisor / CEO network in the Midland
