Our client is a private equity placement agent with repeat clients in the UK mid-market. In order to continue growing and succeeding, they are looking for a senior project management professional, who is highly organised with a technical background, to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight of the fundraising process (reporting, co-ordinationation of the sales team and document process)
- Origination in certain regions
- Manage development of pitches
- Become an expert in fund placement and to become the main person to handle issues/problems, with the ultimate goal being to grow into a revenue generator
- Leadership and development of the junior team
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong communication internally and externally
- Strong eye for detail, organised, fast
- Excellent writing ability
- Proven experience in managing and organising multiple itineraries and meetings under time pressures
- Experience of working to tight, fixed deadlines and ability to prioritise very heavy workloads, as you will be handling a variety of issues at any one time.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Powerpoint, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Experience of working in a team, managing team members
- To be comfortable, open and willing to work in the Quest way
- Financial modelling experience
