About our client

Our client, a highly prominent international private equity firm, is looking to add an experienced, high-performing HR analyst to their London team. The fund has an enviable reputation in the private markets space and has been investing across multiple strategies and sectors for over two decades.


What the job involves

As an integral member of the HR team, you will provide generalist HR support to the business and act as the first port of call for all people related queries. Within this role, you will gain plenty of exposure to both project and more generalist HR work, gaining great exposure to the business whilst working closely with a number of internal senior stakeholders. The fund's HR team is currently going through a strategic growth phase, making it a very exciting time to join.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming HR professional with experience within the investment management, financial or professional services space to take that next step and really accelerate their career within an industry leading organisation.

  • Act as the first port of call for all employee queries
  • Take ownership of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Provide generalist HR support across the business, UK and international
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Support key team projects and HR initiatives.

Who we are looking for

  • Generalist HR experience within the investment management, financial or professional services space
  • Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong knowledge of different Microsoft programmes and HR systems
  • A team player with a high level of independence, empathy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
