Our client is a fast-growing entrepreneurial Growth Equity Fund focused on investments in China across all sectors. As they are about to launch their next fund they are keen to bring on board an Investor Relations professional to help with their USD fundraising efforts. This role is based in their Hong Kong office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take full responsibility for raising their USD fund
- Complete project management and execution of the fundraising strategy
- Involvement in networking with institutional investors and business development responsibilities
- Assisting investors with ad hoc requests and queries
YOUR PROFILE:
- Prior experience within private markets investor relations, project management/fundraising from within an investment firm or placement agent.
- Strong networking skills and senior stakeholder management experience
- You must have full business fluency in Mandarin
- Knowledge and interest in private equity and growth investments are mandatory
