This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced investment banker or private equity professional to join a successful and reputable investment fund in Saudi Arabia. The fund invests globally across multiple sectors including Metals & Mining.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be involved in the evaluation and screening of investment opportunities
- Take responsibility for the development and analysis of financial models as well as participation in due diligence, negotiation, and integration of transactions
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders
- Be exposed to the portfolio companies
YOUR PROFILE:
- Relevant sector experience from a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or principal investment platform
- A background in metals & mining or general Natural Resources is required
- Excellent business English. All other international languages are welcome but not necessary
