Our client is an established, international investment firm that is looking to expand its investment team in London. The current team is of an extremely high calibre and has already completed a number of deals. They are looking for a Senior Associate to focus on screening and executing new deals across Europe in the digital infrastructure space. They have significant access to capital and the ability to deploy efficiently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involved in all aspects of the investment process, focusing on deal execution
- You will also gain exposure to portfolio management and deal origination
- Responsible for the production of financial models, taking a lead on some aspects of the due diligence process and helping associates to manage the deal process
YOUR PROFILE:
- Prior experience of either investing in, or advising private equity investors on, transactions in the digital infrastructure space – this includes fibre networks, mobile telecommunications infrastructure and data centres
- Experience should come from either a leading private equity investment firm or investment bank
- Excellent technical financial and accounting skills, with a good understanding of asset heavy modelling
