Executive Team Assistant, Mid-Market Private Equity Fund, London, UK

Our client, a successful mid-market private equity fund are looking to hire a Team Assistant to join their London based team. The fund, which focuses on investing in high-growth businesses have had a successful year with a number of new acquisitions lined up for 2021 – making it a very exciting time to join. As the Team Assistant you will immediately afforded plenty of responsibility, providing direct support to the Managing Partner along with the wider team. As a newly created position within the fund, you will be given the autonomy to help mould and develop the role whilst gaining exposure to the investment process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant with a great attitude and previous financial services experience to become an integral member of the fund.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full support for the Managing Partner and the wider investment team
  • Extensive and complex diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, conference and video calls
  • Planning and booking travel itineraries
  • Manage monthly expense reconciliation
  • The occasional coordination and management of events
  • Serve as an effective gatekeeper, ensuring telephone calls and queries are handled
  • Comfortable handling ad-hoc support in the office

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Previous support experience working within a financial services organisation
  • A friendly team player, willing to assist in all areas of office life
  • Highly energetic, motivated and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A fast learner who enjoys a challenge and approaches all situations with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to speak French would be advantageous but is not essential
