Our client is a newly formed infrastructure investor who is looking for an Associate to join its growing team in London. The current team is highly regarded, with both partners having extensive infrastructure investing experience. This is a very exciting opportunity to assist with the origination and execution of new investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A key focus of this role will be building and maintaining financial models
- Full deal process, from origination through to execution
- Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience of working within infrastructure M&A is essential
- Extensive modelling experience
- Top-ranked performer within your peer group
- Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
