We are working with an excellent private equity firm that is looking for an Interim CFO to join their team in early 2020, for maternity cover. The firm has recently strengthened it's support function with a Financial Controller, Tax and Legal professionals, so there is a great team in place.
You'll need to have previous private equity or venture capital experience with confidence around the fund and group functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for all finance and operational matters
- Have oversight of fund and group accounting
- Manage a small team
- Assist the investment team with fundraising
- Work closely with the other support functions, legal, tax etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous Head of Finance, CFO or FD experience at PE/VC firm
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Available to start in early 2020
- Good team player and able to communicate with key investors or stakeholders internally and externally
