We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global investment manager who are looking to expand their private debt portfolio offering in Europe. Having had a phenomenal deal year, this highly dynamic and entrepreneurial team are now looking to expand with the hire of an Associate Director into London.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly and quarterly tasks relating to allocated assets in the portfolio
- Ongoing portfolio deal related tasks
- Investor reporting requests - trading updates and performance summaries
- Supporting the deal team on amendments/waivers on the allocated deals - writing IC memos and coordinating the closing and funding process of such add-ons
YOUR PROFILE:
- Previous experience within private debt, leveraged finance, private equity and or banking
- Strong knowledge of asset-level portfolio monitoring
- Ability to work autonomously and independently as well as part of a lean and dynamic team
- Managing workstreams, liaising with internal and external management and demonstrating the core competencies to collaborate on projects across seniorities
- Additional European languages would be preferable
