A private equity firm specialising in direct and secondary investments is looking to make the addition of a Finance Manager to their team. This role sits within a very high calibre firm that has been established for over 30 years, giving broad responsibilities across fund accounting, management accounts and working very closely with the investor relations team. This is a great opportunity for someone from a fund audit or fund administration background, to take a step up in a role that will provide superb development and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support on all fund related activities
- Liaison with external advisers (auditors, lawyers, etc.)
- Regular liaison with Third Party Administrators on all fund activity
- Controlling the accuracy of fund investment activity reporting in accordance with the LPA
- Preparing drawdown calculations and review of distribution statements
- Calculation of management and advisory fees
- Initiation of response to investor questions
- Production of accurate consolidated management accounts across the group
- Production of monthly management company cashflows, budget monitoring and forecasting
YOUR PROFILE:
- Private equity experience is a plus
- Fully qualified with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Great communication and interpersonal ability
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Experienced of working in a close knit team
