Our client - a highly established Abu Dhabi based investment fund are looking to hire a HR Professional to become an integral member of their growing Learning and Development team. The role will focus on the implementation and development of the fund's learning, career progression and talent management strategies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in the research and design of in-house training, speaker sessions, learning requirements and content for the fund's employees
- Validates all learning materials prior to release of programs to ensure that all learning objectives are targeted
- Maintaining and developing relationships with all external suppliers relevant to learning, development and talent processes
- Responsible for reviewing all internship submissions and interviewing candidates
- Participates in the delivery, administration and evaluation of talent programs
- Reviews and assesses promotion cases as assigned by line manager
- Participates in the monitoring and administration of individual development plans
- Carries out daily tasks and responds to requests received from the HR helpdesk
- Monitoring accuracy and timeliness of data in the internal database and tracking systems
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Professional membership with CIPD or SHRM is preferable
- Previous HR experience in financial services industry is essential
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
