About our client

Our client is a Sovereign Wealth Fund based in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in Riyadh. The team assists in developing, implementing and updating the funding strategy of the fund.
What the job involves

  • Reviewing and analysing financial statements, models, and any requests submitted by the portfolio companies 
  • Working with the team to advise and support portfolio companies in raising corporate, project, export, asset and other types of financing 
  • Advising and supporting portfolio companies on the development and updating of their corporate financing plans
  • Managing transaction execution activities with portfolio companies
  • Building strong relationships with the internal teams, across finance, legal, compliance, stakeholder management, and corporate communications
Who we are looking for

  • Experience of corporate, project and/or structured financing 
  • Experience across transaction execution
  • Relevant degree from a top-tier institution
  • MBA, MSc in Finance, or CFA is preferred 
  • Strong financial modelling skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
