The firm are a key international investor with an excellent track-record. They are currently growing out the HR team leading to this addition.

What the job involves

Administration of on-boarding, off-boarding and benefits
Documentation writing such as contracts, offer letters, family leave letters
Regulatory compliance and certification
Policy review and documentation
Immigration and mobility
HR operating manual and trackers
Other ad-hoc tasks/projects

Who we are looking for

HR experience gained within the investment management or wider financial services space
Proven ownership of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Exposure to the private equity space would be advantageous
An agile mindset and comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions
Knowledge of workday is preferable
