About our client

Our client is a family office who operates an exclusive complex of residences and restaurants designed for culinary enthusiasts. They are looking for a Senior Investment Analyst who can play a pivotal role in supporting the investment process for all potential opportunities to expand the portfolio. The position is based in Los Cabos.

What the job involves

Actively participate in the deal sourcing, analysis, and execution of new investments
Support the team responsible for the investment strategy
Prepare financial analysis and models of potential investment opportunities
Assist in valuation and deal terms negotiation
Perform market research
Participate in the due diligence process
Assist in the execution of M&A projects
Elaborate presentations for the management team (pipeline reports, financial reports, investment updates, etc.) and for investors (quarterly report, annual report, track record, etc.)
Assist and prepare investment memorandums and deal briefs for executive management and the investment committee
Participate in updates to the strategic investment plan

Who we are looking for

Experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance. Experience in high end luxury resorts is desired
Bachelor’s degree with undergraduate coursework in finance, economics or related
Strong communication, problem solving skills and proactiveness
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Availability to travel when needed
Analytical, organised, technical and detail oriented
