About our client

We are working with a highly entrepreneurial private equity fund that is looking to hire a bright and motivated Investor Relations Analyst or Associate for its London team.

The team is now looking to hire a bright and highly motivated Investor Relations Analyst or Associate to work directly with the Head of IR and other key senior stakeholders.

This role will be fundamental to the success of this capital raise and will help in the preparation and execution of the new fundraise. This is an exciting time to join as the firm will be raising their second fund in 2026 and it's a unique opportunity to develop a successful career in a collaborative, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

What the job involves

  • Supporting the Head of Investor Relations, assisting on all aspects of fundraising – from strategy to execution
  • Prepare DDQs, RFPs, and other marketing and fundraising materials
  • Helping prepare and coordinate Annual Investor Meetings and other ad-hoc LP events
  • Support the planning and execution of investor roadshows, conferences, and events
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor fundraising activity, and market intelligence to inform investor discussion
  • Leverage and optimise CRM system and data room 
  • Work with finance and legal to manage investor onboarding and ad hoc requests

Who we are looking for

  • Degree educated with previous experience in private equity/private markets investor relations or project management experience at a Placement Agent
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office & CRM proficiency
  • European languages (ideally Dutch or French) would be beneficial
  • Excellent, clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling investor materials
  • A "can do” attitude, with a high level of integrity and professionalism
