What the job involves

• Support the whole investment execution process, including the financial models, proposals and market research
• Market screening, research and analytics around market fundamentals & trends 
• Creation of integrated financial models
• Leading due diligence activities 
• Managing internal and external stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• First full-time work experience, ideally in real estate private equity, private equity, investment banking or consulting
• Exceptionally strong academic background, ideally within finance, economics, RE investment or relevant engineering or law degrees
• Strong financial modelling skills and outstanding analytical skills as well as sector understanding
• Ability to communicate effectively with management teams
• Fluent in English and German
