About our client

Our client, a sustainability-focused multi-asset investment fund are currently looking to hire a Senior Reward and Carried Interest Consultant to join their London office on an initial six-month contract and support them through a period of projects. The fund operates across a global basis and invests across a broad range of assets, having performed very well over recent years. The firm has recently gone through a period of change leading them into an exciting new phase.

What the job involves

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

• The design and development of long-term incentive plans alongside senior investment leaders
• Managing ongoing incentive operations and oversee termination processes with existing plans
• Provide support and documentation for offer packages of new joiners
• Support with annual remuneration review and analyses, and undertake benchmarking of LTIPs
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal and Operations to implement up-to-date processes and provide relevant information across the company
• Maintain information depository and provide ad-hoc project support as required

Who we are looking for

• Experience of designing and implementing long-term investment plans, carried interest being key along with an of fund structures
• In-house exposure to finance, operations, compensation or accounting teams within the private equity field
• A problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritise and oversee several tasks at once
• An independent individual able to work with a high-level of autonomy across a global team
