What the job involves

As a Senior Associate, you will be a core member of a lean, high-performing investment team, with exposure across the full investment lifecycle:

• Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
• Leading and supporting due diligence, including market analysis, commercial assessment, and financial modelling
• Building investment theses and presenting opportunities to the partnership
• Working closely with portfolio companies on growth strategy, go-to-market, and fundraising
• Developing strong relationships with founders, operators, and the broader VC ecosystem
• Contributing to the fund’s thematic research and sector insights

Who we are looking for

• 3-7 years’ experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth start-ups
• Strong interest in consumer, food, sustainability, or health-driven innovation
• Demonstrated ability to assess businesses commercially and analytically
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working closely with founders
• Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
• Highly ambitious and commercially sharp
