What the job involves

The role will play a key part in supporting the firm’s fundraising and investor engagement activities, working closely with senior team members and an experienced IR EA.

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and project support to the Investor Relations team
  • Managing complex scheduling, logistics, and investor roadshow coordination
  • Supporting the preparation of marketing and presentation materials
  • Maintaining and updating the firm’s CRM database (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and generating reports
  • Assisting with investor meetings, events, and communications
  • Collaborating with the wider EA team and contributing to broader firm initiatives

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in a similar role within a private markets firm is essential
  • Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, with an ability to prioritise as required 
  • A collaborative and confident approach, with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Prior exposure to roadshow or event coordination is advantageous
