They are currently raising their 3rd fund and have over 10 years of experience investing in technology scale-ups globally. As a Partner, you will play a key role in the expansion of the company's strategy and expanding the portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a diverse and experienced team operating in an increasingly attractive and exciting market.

What the job involves

Shape the fund’s growth strategy together with the General Partners
Define investment strategy, including priority sectors, themes, and geographies
Drive growth investments end-to-end, from sourcing through diligence, IC, execution, and closing
Support portfolio companies on strategy, governance, and critical inflection points

Who we are looking for

Proven, top-tier investment track record at growth stage
Background in top-tier consulting and/or bulge-bracket investment banking, followed by experience in growth equity or late-stage venture at a leading platform
Clear founder credibility and the ability to win competitive processes
High-ownership mindset; comfortable operating with responsibility, ambiguity, and high expectations
