What the job involves

• You will be an essential member of the team with exposure to the full lifecycle of investments from acquisition through to exit 
• You will be collaborating, influencing, and executing strategic changes across the portfolio companies to build strategic and financial value in close cooperation with management teams
• High degree of responsibility from the start, hands-on work and close interaction with the senior team members
• Leveraging new technologies (e.g. AI/LLMs) to enhance research, analysis, and investment processes

Who we are looking for

• Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or PE consulting with a proven track record of deal execution roles
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and quantitative skill set
• Team player with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership
• Growth-oriented individual who thrives in a high-performance, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Interest and experience in using new technologies (e.g. AI/LLMs) to improve efficiency
• Persuasive verbal and written communication in English and German
