What the job involves

  • Support fund and portfolio analysis, reporting, and monitoring activities
  • Contribute to the development of analytical tools and models, including requirements gathering, testing, and process mapping
  • Assist with data model build-out, ensuring accurate data capture, cleansing, and structuring
  • Maintain model inputs, dashboards, and reporting templates for portfolio management and valuations
  • Handle data queries and requests from stakeholders across the business
  • Collaborate with colleagues on key projects and initiatives
  • Keep documentation and best-practice materials up to date
  • Prepare presentations and assist with ad hoc analysis and projects

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, statistics, or related field
  • Experience in data analytics or a similar role, preferably in financial services
  • Knowledge of SQL and Databricks
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools, primarily Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience with Python for large dataset manipulation and automation
  • Understanding of data modelling, database management, and process optimisation
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience managing and structuring large datasets to deliver meaningful insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
