About our client

Our client is a rapidly growing European healthcare platform backed by a leading private equity sponsor, formed through the merger of two complementary healthcare businesses. They are pursuing an ambitious buy and build strategy across Europe. Operating under a unified brand, the group is led by an experienced executive team and is actively expanding through acquisitions, public & private partnerships, and greenfield developments. The role will be based in Switzerland, with cross-border exposure across multiple European markets.

What the job involves

• Supporting the groups acquisition strategy and executing end to end M&A transactions across multiple European jurisdictions, from evaluation through completion
• Working closely with local CEOs on transaction execution, stepping into origination where required
• Leading financial analysis, valuation, structuring, and coordination of the due diligence workstreams
• Engaging directly with business owners and management teams, combining commercial judgement with technical execution
• Supporting integration planning and contributing to broader corporate development initiatives alongside senior leadership

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in M&A advisory gained at an investment bank, advisory boutique, or within a Big 4 transaction advisory unit
• Exposure to healthcare is advantageous but not essential
• Strong commercial instincts & technologically proficient, with the ability to engage and persuade doctors and practice owners
• Solid financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
• Fluent English required, French and/or German language skills an asset
