About our client

Our client is a globally recognised institutional investor with a long-term mandate, significant capitalisation, and a global reach. Aiming to deploy their capital across a range of opportunities in the private markets, they employ a disciplined, research-driven approach to identify opportunities with the most possible upside. 

Their funds and co-investment team in Singapore is looking to add an associate to perform in a high-exposure, high-performance environment, across a breadth of funds and co-investment deals. As such, this role represents a great opportunity to sharpen your skills in a top performing driven team, with great access to deals and some of the best professionals in the industry. 
What the job involves

  • Conducting financial due diligence across companies and funds
  • The preparation of materials and assisting in meetings with the investment committee
  • Representing the company with key counterparties, stakeholders, and fund managers
  • Coordinating with other strategy groups and assisting legal counsel and other groups in closing deals
Who we are looking for

  • Someone curious, with a passion for understanding business models and evaluating investments
  • Experience and a demonstrable track record at a bulge bracket investment bank or at a global large direct investor
  • A strong academic background, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • An exceptional work ethic and a flexible approach to teamwork
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
