What the job involves

Active involvement across the entire deal lifecycle
Supporting the origination and execution of investment opportunities
Preparing detailed financial models, investment committee materials, and managing due diligence processes
Playing a key role in asset management
Engaging with portfolio company management, contributing to board meetings, and assisting with quarterly client reporting

Who we are looking for

Experience from a private equity fund, investment bank, or leading consultancy, with a preference for prior investing experience
Exceptional analytical skills, critical thinking, and sound commercial judgment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with management teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in a second language (preferably Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, or French)
