About our client

We are representing an exceptional opportunity with a government-backed private equity fund based in Abu Dhabi. Our client specialises in buyouts within the technology sector. The fund has a global investment scope and is seeking to expand its team with an Associate or Senior Associate. This role will require full relocation to Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

Participate in critical elements of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of investment materials
Present and discuss investment opportunities with senior team members
Develop and articulate comprehensive investment theses and memos
Manage and optimise existing investment portfolios globally

Who we are looking for

You will hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university
Experience in a top-tier bank in technology M&A or buy-side experience in technology is advantageous
Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling are required, along with the ability to present and communicate effectively
Ability and willingness to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse team
