About our client

Our client, a market leading and significantly growing buy and build platform in a competitive and dynamic market of the healthcare industry, is looking for an M&A Analyst to join their motivated team in Dusseldorf. The firm has shown outstanding growth since its foundation in 2019, currently generating > €100m in turnover and operating > 30 locations in Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a setup that guarantees successful applicants exceptional deal flow within a great working atmosphere.

What the job involves

Work as part of a small team, directly with the responsible Head of M&A and C-Level management
Actively contribute to the M&A process from initial lead sourcing, valuation and analysis of potential targets, negotiation, till closing of the transaction
Coordinate the overall due diligence process and lead individual DD work streams
Support management in the post-merger integration processes, involvement in all aspects of the M&A transaction process

Who we are looking for

You have first gained experiences in M&A within investment banking, consulting, the big four or from a similar role in a corporate set-up
Strong communication skills are essential, including native-level German and fluent English
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
You are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Good with numbers, proactive with a positive attitude
