What the job involves

  • Lead the firm’s market entry and expansion in Germany
  • Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with European growth goals
  • Source, structure, and manage investments, focusing on lower mid-market opportunities
  • Build, mentor, and lead an investment team to deliver high performance
  • Foster strong relationships with management teams, advisors, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with international leadership to ensure alignment across regions
  • Represent the firm as a trusted partner in the German investment community

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in mid-market private equity or related investment sectors
  • Proven track record in sourcing and executing successful deals in the DACH market
  • Experience in technology or business services investments is preferred
  • Strong local network and deep understanding of Germany’s corporate and investment landscape
  • Curious and open-minded, with a passion for learning and growth
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in German and English, Spanish is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow the firm’s DACH presence
