About our client

We are working on an opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to hire an Investment Associate to join their APAC private equity platform with experience in Chinese, Indian or Japanese markets.

What the job involves

Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management
Building and analysing financial models to support investment decision-making
Leading specific workstreams, including diligence processes, and acting as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts, and investment partners
Working alongside top-tier private equity firms and asset managers on co-investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

Experience in M&A investment banking or private equity in Chinese, Indian or Japanese markets as a focus
Strong academic background from a top-tier university
Commercially minded, with high professional standards and integrity
Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full-time basis
