The firm partners with top-tier investors, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and global institutions, to deliver consistently strong returns across core, core-plus, and value-add strategies. In Mexico, the fund focuses primarily on the industrial sector.

Management seeks an Analyst/Associate to join the Leasing & Acquisitions team, playing a key role in supporting all aspects of acquisitions, leasing/commercial and asset management of the portfolio. The position is based in Mexico City, Mexico.

 

What the job involves

  • Lead advanced financial modeling and investment analysis using tools such as Argus and Excel to evaluate new acquisition opportunities
  • Drive underwriting efforts at the property level for both prospective and existing real estate investments, shaping key investment decisions
  • Play an active role in sourcing new opportunities across value-add and core strategies, contributing directly to pipeline growth
  • Partner closely with finance and accounting teams to support portfolio valuations, risk analysis, and complex distribution modeling
  • Prepare high-impact investment materials, including detailed analyses and presentations for internal investment committees
  • Conduct thorough due diligence reviews to assess risks, validate assumptions, and ensure informed decision-making
  • Analyze market data and trends to uncover insights that support investment strategy and positioning
  • Support debt financing processes, including lender outreach, structuring analysis, and reporting
  • Actively assist in commercial / leasing activities, cultivating existing and new client relationships.
  • Contribute quarterly reporting by assisting in cash flow analysis, fair value assessments, and return projections (IRR)

Who we are looking for

  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or asset management, with investment banking backgrounds, also highly valued.
  • Exceptional financial and analytical capabilities, with a sharp eye for both quantitative detail and operational drivers of performance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex data structuring, modeling, and functions
  • Professional-level English fluency is essential, with the ability to confidently communicate in both written and verbal business contexts
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office tools to support analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with ARGUS or similar real estate analytics platforms is a plus, but not essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related field
