What the job involves

• Proactive involvement in deal sourcing, managing deal flow, and end-to-end responsibility for the investment cycle, from target identification and sourcing to closing
• Conducting due diligence on new ventures, analysing markets and competitive landscapes, and evaluating business models
• Involvement in the firm’s market entry, help identifying new opportunities and building network by participating in networking events and conducting research
• Deep dives into technology areas and involvement in strategic support to portfolio companies

Who we are looking for

• Academic background in management, finance, or engineering
• Minimum 2 years' experience in venture capital required
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Motivation and understanding to work at the intersection of venture capital and technology
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset that fits the firm's culture
• Fluent English skills are essential, German is advantageous
