About our client

We are working with a fast growing venture capital fund investor based in Hong Kong. They have a fantastic track record and have backed and invested in VC managers with an expertise in technology and healthcare. They are now keen to hire someone to provide wider investor relations support to the senior IR professional.
What the job involves

  • Logging client calls/meeting notes and updating client profiles
  • Preparing ad hoc reports and responding to client queries 
  • Prepare and draft investor relations documents including marketing materials, pitchbooks, DDQ, PowerPoint presentations 
  • Working closely with the investor relations senior in all aspects of the IR duties and function 
  • Please note this is a supporting/non sales role 
Who we are looking for

  • Prior experience providing support to the investor relations teams/fundraising teams/client services teams at private equity funds, alternative fund managers, asset managers or placement agents in Hong Kong
  • Our client is open to candidates with marketing, journalism, or corporate communications backgrounds based in Hong Kong 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Full fluency/near native-level in English and Mandarin
  • Superior communication skills
