About our client

Our client is a global investment firm with over $400 billion in assets under management across nearly 600 investment vehicles.

We are looking for someone to join the credit operations team. The team is responsible for supporting investment professionals and managing funds and investments, with a focus on liquidity, valuations, system maintenance, and more across the European Private Credit platform.

This role will involve close collaboration with various teams across the institution, including Investment Teams, Fund Management, Legal, Tax, Capital Markets, Investor Relations, as well as external partners such as third-party administrators and trustees.

What the job involves

• Managing middle office operations for European credit vehicles
• Facilitating deal closings and monitoring pipeline
• Overseeing cash and financing lines across fund structures
• Ensuring timely wire processing and deal fundings for privately held assets
• Hedging currency exposure with Investment teams and Corporate Treasury
• Handling trade settlements and coordinating with the Data Operations team
• Trade booking and reviewing reconciliations across entities
• Assisting with asset valuations and regular reporting

Who we are looking for

• Experience with private credit is a must
• Strong understanding of loan and credit facility documents, including Credit Agreements and Amendments
• Knowledge of foreign currency and interest rate derivatives, as well as complex financing structures
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a global team
