They are looking for an analyst to join their London office, in order to focus on secondaries. With a lean team and a supportive, development-oriented culture, this role presents the opportunity to achieve very strong growth and exposure at an organisation with significant resources and a great reputation.

What the job involves

End-to-end contribution to the investment process, across both LP and GP-led secondaries deals
Ownership of financial modelling and commercial due diligence processes, in support of the execution team
Preparation of investment memos for the investment committee
Confident presentation and defence of investment opportunities both within the team and at IC meetings
Assisting with management of the existing European investment portfolio

Who we are looking for

1-2 years of experience in M&A, consulting or secondaries advisory
Very strong modelling skills, with experience on buyside transactions preferred but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
Strong professional proficiency in a European language beneficial but not essential
