We are working with a leading French private equity firm currently experiencing exceptional growth. The team are looking to hire a commercial and analytical investor relations professional into the growing Paris-based team.

What the job involves

In this role, you will be focusing on all tasks related to managing ongoing fundraising efforts and servicing the existing institutional investor base. 

• Marketing: production of first-class marketing materials (fund and market updates etc), marketing documentation for fundraises (PPMs, DDQs, case studies, etc) 
• Fundraising support: assist with the planning and execution of fundraising efforts, production of responses to DD queries, on-site DD sessions, data room updates
• Investor servicing: respond to investors queries ensuring transparency and timely communication regarding performance and strategy
• Investor communication: taking part in meetings with investors (in France and abroad) and updating the internal CRM

Who we are looking for

• Educated to undergraduate level with perfect oral and written communication in English (French is not mandatory)
• Able to demonstrate solid and successful experience in business negotiations (in a bank / consultancy firm / placement agent / company sales manager / diplomacy in international negotiations)
• Advanced MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Client-centric mindset and service-oriented nature, with ability to develop strong working relationships across teams
• Communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, compelling way to diverse audiences
• Strong work ethic, team-player spirit and attention to detail - a self-starter who can take initiative and responsibility
