About our client

Our client is a successful, entrepreneurial private markets placement agent headquartered in the DACH region. The business specialises in capital raising and transaction advisory across private equity, with a focus on lower–mid-market funds. As the platform continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced private markets fundraising professional to focus on distribution efforts across Europe. The role will be based in Zug, Switzerland with travel across Europe.

What the job involves

• Building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices and HNWIs across Europe
• Developing and executing capital-raising strategies for lower-mid-market private equity clients
• Working closely with fund managers to create compelling pitch materials and presentations
• Establishing and expanding distribution channels and strategic partnerships across Europe
• Supporting due diligence processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

Who we are looking for

• Private Markets experience from within placement agent, in-house investor relations, fund selection or asset management
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and the ability to deliver efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
• Full fluency in English; an additional European language is highly advantageous
