What the job involves

• Support origination efforts across Europe, including thesis development, market mapping and outreach to founders and intermediaries
• Lead financial and/or commercial analysis of prospective investments, guiding junior team members along the way
• Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for investment committee review where you will defend your views
• Support portfolio companies with ad hoc strategic, financial and/or operational matters

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in private equity
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with comfort navigating complex capital structures
• Genuine interest in consumer brands and the FMCG, health, and lifestyle sectors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean team environment
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage
