About our client

Our client, a global large-cap private equity fund is currently looking to hire an Associate (AI Lead) to join its Hong Kong based investor relations/fundraising team. The firm, which currently holds a global investment portfolio across multiple strategies, has performed extremely well over the past few years. It has made a number of impressive exits along with increasing its AUM by expanding across a number of new investment product lines.
What the job involves

This Associate will serve as the AI Lead for the team, driving the adoption and implementation of AI solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the investor relations and fundraising function.

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI tools and technologies to improve workflows in the investor relations and fundraising team
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and recommend practical applications for the team
  • Assist and execute on the fundraising processes for the Firm's various funds and products 
  • Coordinating roadshows, managing fundraising data rooms, overseeing client onboarding, and ensuring compliance with financial and ESG reporting deadlines
  • Organizing logistics for investor meetings, AGM execution, webinars, and roadshows 
  • Maintain investor pipelines, track capital allocation timelines, and manage due diligence requests
Who we are looking for

  • Coding and AI experience is mandatory for this role 
  • Prior experience at one of the top global bulge bracket investment banks or the top global management consultancy firms with an emphasis on M&A transactions or CDD projects 
  • Full bilingual fluency in English and an Asian language 
  • Highly presentable
  • Top academic records 
  • The ideal candidate brings prior transaction/deals/CDD experience from a global bulge bracket investment bank or top management consultancy firms, superior communication skills, high level of personal presentation, investor credibility, and a genuine, proven interest in AI and next-generation technology infrastructure
